How long will it take before I receive my order?

Estimated delivery time is between 1-5 working days from receiving your order. Purchases made during weekends or during Swedish holidays will be processed during the next working day.

Do you charge a shipping fee?

All orders includes a shipping fee of SEK 80.

How do I track my shipment?

A delivery confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail when your order has left Evanette’s warehouse. Attached to the email is a tracking number that allows you to track your order with DHL.

What if I forget to pick up my package?

The package must be collected within 14 days of delivery at the post office /service station. If the package has not been collected within 14 days, you will be charged a fee of SEK 250. This fee covers the costs incurred by Evanette to send and return the package. In other words, if you have ordered a product and changed your mind after we have sent your package,  you can either return the package or be charged SEK 250.

What supplier do you use for delivery?

We deliver all our packages through DHL to your nearest Service Point.

Delivery

Shipping of our goods only take place during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, except during Swedish holidays. Estimated delivery time is between 1-5 working days from the day we received your order. Purchases made on weekends or Swedish holidays will be processed during the next working day. A delivery confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail when your order has left Evanette’s warehouse. Attached to the email is a tracking number that allows you to track your order.

If the delivery time takes longer than stated in your order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible after the delay has come to our attention. We reserve the right to waive all remuneration claims from customers regarding delivery delays.

Evanette is responsible for the transport risk, i.e. the risk that the product will be damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. It is, in turn, the customer who carry the risk when you return a product to us.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct contact information when making your order, i.e. name, shipping address, mobile phone number, e-mail address etc. Any charges that may arise when you provide us with wrong contact information will be charged to you. The applicable fee for this is SEK 250.

Delivery to a delivery center

Orders are sent using DHL service point. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point, i.e. one of DHL’s many delivery points closest to your shipping address. Estimated delivery time is between 1-5 working days from when we received your order. A confirmation will then be sent via sums or e-mail when your package is ready to be picked up. (Three additional reminders will be sent via email / normal mail). Valid identification and tracking number must be displayed upon retrieval of the package. If someone else has to pick up your package, they must show your and his / her ID and tracking number.
