Can I regret my purchase?

Of course can! Under the Distance and Home Sales Act, you have the right to regret your purchase and return your goods within 14 days from the day you received the goods from Evanette’s web shop. The 14-day period begins the day you receive your products. For hygienic reasons, intimate products are excluded from this statutory right and may not be returned. Items that can’t be returned includes bikini bottoms, bathing suits and bathing shorts.

What does it cost to make a return?

All returns costs SEK 80.

Can I return a product directly to your store?

You can return your goods to one of our Evanette stores, and you wont have to pay the return fee. The refund for your return will be made through our e-commerce.

Do I hold the right to swap my product for something else?

The right to swap doesn’t apply to any of our items. If you wish to change a returnable item, for example a dress,  you must return the dress first and place a new order.

It's something wrong with my item, what a do I do?

In order for you to return the product, the fault on the product should have existed when you received the item. An original fault may not necessarily show up immediately after you have received the item, it may be an original fault even if it appeared after a certain amount of time.

Normal wear and tear does not fall under original faults, nor should you have caused the fault yourself.

You are entitled to return a product during a period of three years from when you received it.

If you would receive a faulty product or if you are missing a product, you must report this immediately to customersupport@evanette.com, and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible. During these specific circumstances Evanette will pay for the return freight.

Returns

The 14-day period begins the day you receive your products. For hygienic reasons, intimate products are excluded from this statutory right and may not be returned. Items that can’t be returned includes bikini bottoms, bathing suits and bathing shorts.

Evanette accepts return on other goods provided that:

-The garments can not have been used, changed or washed. You are allowed to try on the garment, but you can’t return the garment if it shows traces of dirt, skin residue, dust, makeup, hair, perfume, deodorant or smoke odour.

-The garments must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received them.

-All the product labels must be intact.

If above terms are not met, we can’t accept your return request, and the garment will be shipped back to you. A refund will be made once we have received the garment and a quality check has been done to exclude any possible damages.

During temporary promotions that offers free shipping, the return freight will always be charged.

Return to the delivery center

You must pay the cost of returning the item. The cost of the return shipping is deducted from your credit. Should you choose to return the item, the package will be your responsibility until it reaches Evanette.

All returns will result in a return shipping fee of SEK 80.

How to return goods

  1. Print your order confirmation and circle the items you wish to return. Please note that your return rights doesn’t cover bikini bottoms, bathing suits and bathing shorts. Attach this return slip to the garment you want to return. (If you can’t print your order confirmation, write your own note specifying your name, your order number and which garments you are returning).

  2. Pack your items the same way as you received them from Evanette, preferably in their original plastic bag and then seal the package.

  3. Contact us at customerservice@evanette.com and tell us what you wish to return (please don’t forget to specify your order number), and we will send you a return shipping note. You need to print the return shipping note and tape it to the package. Make sure you remove or cover the original address label.

  4. Drop off the package at any of the dhl’s extradition sites by the same delivery point where you first picked up the package. We recommend that you request a receipt with the tracking number when you drop off your package.

  5. Once we have received your return, you will be charged a return shipping charge of SEK 80. Returns are normally processed within 10 days of receipt, and during peak seasons within 30 days of receipt. If you choose to pay by invoice, please contact Evanette as soon as possible. We will freeze the current invoice and send a credit invoice by email as soon as we have received your returned item(s).

Return your item to a store

You can always return your item to one of our Evanette stores.

If you decide to return your goods to one of our stores there will be no return charge applied. The refund will be made via our e-commerce.

Exchanges

If you believe your return will be approved according to the above listed criteria, please contact us on customerservice@evanette.com. Please specify your name, your order number, which garment you want to return and the reason for the return. You are more than welcome to attach pictures. Please also specify if you want a credit or a new product for the same value. If we can establish that the garment is an approved return, we will send a return slip to you by email. Please return the garment according to the same procedure outlined above for returns.

If your return is approved, we will repair the product, offer you a new item (if in stock), or you will be credited the total amount. Evanette will pay for all shipping costs both ways. If your complaint is not approved, the product will be returned to you. In this case, Evanette will not be responsible for shipping costs.

All questions regarding your return will be confirmed to you by email.

Other faults

We guarantee that all shipments are checked before delivery to our customers. If you would receive a faulty product, or if a product is missing, you must report this immediately to customerservice@evanette.com, and we will fix the problem for you as soon as possible. In these cases, Evanette will pay for the return freight.
