What payment methods do you offer?

Evanette offers payment methods such as bank / credit card payments and payments by invoice. We accept the following bank / credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Invoicing is an offer only available to Swedish customers, and the service is done in cooperation with SveaWebpay.

How does payment by invoice work?

When an order is made using the SveaWebpay invoice method, a credit check will be made. Your invoice is shipped with your package. Payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Late payments will result in a reminder incurring a cost of SEK 50  plus interest.

Payment by invoice includes an additional fee of SEK 29. In case of an invoice payment, your shipping address must be your registered home address.

How does a partial payment work?

When paying with SveaWebpay, you can choose to pay with instalments. You can split your payments into monthly instalments of up to 24 months. At least SEK 50 per month must be paid. Svea Ekonomi has a monthly interest rate that will apply to these types of orders.

Do you save my information through cookies?

All correspondence with our customers is done via e-mail. It is important that you check your email regularly.

All prices include Swedish VAT of 25%.

We reserve the right to protect ourselves against sales that can’t be completed due to being out of stock, and we reserve the right to make product changes and improvements continuously. Furthermore, we also reserve the right to protect ourselves from any claims due to delivery delays, price adjustments, technical errors and printing errors.

Any attempted fraud will be reported. We reserve the right to terminate a purchase in case of suspicion of fraud.

Evanette wants to provide the best possible online experience. To enable this to happen, we must ensure that our service works as smooth as possible. You understand and agree to not (i) publish, transmit, distribute, upload or promote any communications or content that could harm or adversely affect our company, our business, our products or services; (ii) act in a manner or use a device that limits, impedes, interferes or completely stops any other user from using or enjoying the website www.evanette.se or affecting the website’s security or (iii) using any device or try to use any search engine, software, tool, agent, script, or other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, spiders, caches, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site or copy content from the site. When it comes to users who violate this clause or any other clause in these terms, we reserve the right to immediately deny them access to the site and close their accounts.

Evanette reserves the right to change these terms as required without prior notice. The version of the terms that apply to your order is the version available at evanette.se at the time of your order.

Order & Confirmation

Upon acceptance of Evanette’s terms, you will enter into a binding agreement with Evanette. When an order is accepted, an order confirmation will automatically be sent by email to your specified email address. This order confirmation also works as a guarantee certificate upon full payment. Evanette reserves the right to protect ourselves against any claims relating to shipping errors when the stock inventory has been incorrect at the time of your order. You can make your order at Evanette’s web shop at any time 24 hours a day. More information on how to place an order in our web shop can be found here. The products are usually picked in our warehouse on the next regular working day.

Force Majeure

Events such as war, natural disaster, labour market disputes, government decisions, failed deliveries from subcontractors, extinct circumstances and equivalent events beyond Evanette’s control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure. This means that Evanette’s is released from its obligations to fulfil the entered agreement.

WebPay Card Payment 

Payment by card takes place in accordance with current online payment rules in Sweden and the EU. We use SveaWebPay’s hosted PCI-DSS Certified Card Payment Solution. We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. The money is reserved on your account at the time of your order. All transactions are sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which are very securely encrypted. No card number is saved. We use the latest security technology for online credit card payments – 3D-Secure – a standard payment service developed by VISA and MasterCard with the intention of securely validating the consumer when purchasing online.

WebPay Invoice

We cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB when it comes to invoice payments. To purchase your goods with an invoice, you must enter your social security number or your organization number. The prerequisite for paying with an invoice is, amongst other things, that you are registered in the public register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You cannot have any payment remarks. All invoices are transferred by Evanette AB to Svea Ekonomi AB. The invoice’s terms of payment are 14 days. In case of late payment, the agreement will be terminated and a statutory reminder fee will be applied. The delay interest rate is 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to the debt collection team.

WebPay Partial Payment

Through our cooperation with Svea Ekonomi AB you can sign a credit agreement and thereby be able to pay off your purchase in instalments. Select the credit period by ticking the campaign option that suits you best. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the final date. 

A regular credit check will be completed after your personal information has been submitted at checkout. In some cases this means that we will request to check your credit file. A copy of the credit information will be sent to you once complete.

Personal Data

Evanette AB is personally responsible for the personal data you send to us and is responsible for your personal information in accordance with PuL, the Personal Data Act (1998:204), which is the Swedish implementation of the EU Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC).

The data we collect from you are stored in the European Economic Area (EEA), but can also be transferred and processed in a non-EEA country. Any such transfer of your personal data is in accordance with applicable law.

We collect personal information that you send to us when making orders, when you contact our customer service team and when you participate in our competitions. The personal data you send to us may include contact information, date of birth and payment information. In addition, we may collect certain personal data from external sources, such as credit reports and address updates.

You are entitled to request your personal information at any time (free of charge once a year). If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may want to have them corrected or deleted. We can not delete your data as there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved, such as unpaid debts. You may revoke your consent at any time to let us use the information for marketing purposes.

We never forward, sell or exchange your personal data for third party marketing purposes outside Evanette. Data forwarded to third parties is only used to provide the above services to you, such as freight forwarders in connection with delivery of goods, media agencies for the distribution of newsletters and credit reporting or debt collection agencies for credit disclosure checks, identity checks and collection of claims.
